So, I find that just by putting up an away message that says “cultivating inner peace,” I remind myself to calm down and let things go. Words are stronger than some people think. Inner peace precedes world peace.

This is I believe the first birthday where I have felt different. I can now legally purchase and imbibe alcohol. I havn’t yet done so, and it still feels good .
